Framethrower for PiStorm 500
Framethrower is a new scan doubler/flicker fixer for the Commodore Amiga 500 and 2000. It lets you output your Amiga display through the Pistorm/Raspberry Pi's HDMI output. The Amiga can switch seemlessly between native 15Khz OCS/ECS screenmodes and RTG displays through the same HDMI output.
Installation:
Denise chip plugs into the Framethrower board which in turn goes into the Denise socket on the Amiga 500 motherboard. The FPC ribbon cable connects to the Raspberry PI 3A+ camera port when it is mounted on the Pistorm.
What’s Included:
Framethrower plug in board
FPC ribbon cable for connection to Raspberry Pi 3A / PiStorm
PiStorm 500 board or Raspberry Pi 3A are not included and can be purchased separately from us (click here).
Framethrower was created by Claude Schwartz. He provides documentation, files and accepts donations on his website (click here)
